Edge Web Hosting Customer Portal is Ready for Launch

We are pleased to announce the new Edge Web Hosting customer portal is ready for launch. This Sunday, March 20, 2011, we will be implementing the new portal as well as a new customer relationship management system. The implementation is schedule to begin at 11 AM and will be completed by 6 PM Eastern time. During the implementation, the customer portal will be offline. If you need to report a new issue, request an update on an existing ticket or just have a question, please call us at 866-334-3932, option 2 and an engineer will be happy to assist you. The Support Center is available to assist you at all times.

Once the new portal site is online, we believe you’ll be very pleased with the new streamlined ticketing process, improved access to your billing information, and a better view into our monitoring system.
