Customer Portal Maintenance

We will be doing a brief planned maintenance on our support site today around 2PM, for a couple minutes.

In addition, over the last week we have made several minor changes to our infrastructure due to our recent support site upgrade.

Some of the changes we have made include:

  • Minor changes to email formatting, for consistency.
  • Email Address is now included next to the person’s name when setting the Billing Contacts on the Account page.
  • Your primary billing contact can no longer be disabled. Fixed some errors that occurred when the primary billing contact was disabled.
  • Fixed an error that would happen sometimes when clicking a support call ticket link out of an email.
  • Fixed an issue where the ticket summary was not getting set correctly in some cases.
  • Added additional error logging for the login process.
